This is good info, much appreciated. Like most things, it&#039;s just a case of doing one&#039;s homework, trusting one&#039;s nerve, and signing the documents.

A famous New Zealand property developer has often said that people&#039;s greatest fear is in writing their own signature! I guess that&#039;s what you&#039;re saying: if the numbers stack up, then sign the deal.

Makes 40% BMV sound a lot more achieveable if your genuine discount is 15%/20%, Your refurb enhance value 10% and then your spread another 10% as the street can take it. Suddenly 35% sounds v doable and anywhere near that a real genuine investment opportunity. I just need to do the goldmine course now to select my areas and learn my streets!</description>
