Could you share with us the name of the Debt Management company that Shimon suggests we use to deal with lenders on purchase (not lease !) options please

The golden nugget for me was Shimon's advice to keep a residential mortgage going and just get permission from the lender to put a tenant (maybe buyer) into the property and NOT to convert the mortgage into a BTL one

Another great q & A session with Rob & Sarah. What a good due they make. Robs clear questions and Sarahs gentle lilting voice make it all sound so possible for us all provided we take action. I will be going out tomorrow to see a property that I have been told about to see if a lease option is possible. Thanks for giving me the push I needed. I have been on a Lease Options Course but hadn't done anything yet. Now I will.
