Wow this is a motivational video! I have booked on the course which I believe will give me the confidence to go out and take action and implement all these things. I live just outside of London and my focus and goal is to replace my current income via positive cashflow. I have never done any training classes (a total newbie) before and this will be my first, so really hoping the pump of information I get will be unparalleled. I'm a member of the progressive property forum and this is simply awesome and I have learnt a hell of a lot!
