Mark has had an Investor/Entrepreneur streak in him from an early age. He has had several successful small businesses and has had many investments in the stock market. He is a highly sought after speaker on business, property and personal development and featured in a prime time TV show for Living as a Mentor, Channel 4 and The Business Channel.

Full time Property Buyer: Simon Grace

Bio:

Simon is as highly motivated and ‘hungry’ a person as you will find. [not Simon’s words, Rob’s!] He has worked in Property since the age of 18, where he was the only 1 of 40 applicants to get a job at Foxton’s as an Estate Agent. He has always dealt with investors and knows the investor market as well as anyone we have ever met in Peterborough.

At 19 he was making money buying and selling Property [something that is notoriously hard to do] and at 22 realised that buying and holding [not selling] was the only way to get really wealthy. Simon buys between 6 & 10 properties per month currently at an average of 28.65% below market value
