"Progressive Property was founded in 2006/7 by Rob Moore & Mark Homer"
Rob & Mark have bought over 230 properties since 2005 for themselves and their investors
In 2006 Rob & Mark set about buying properties full time for themselves. They never actually intended to build one of the largest Property companies in the UK, they simply wanted to buy Property with big discount & good cashflow for lifestyle choice
Things snowballed from there, & having sourced those properties in 2006 & built many relationships with Estate Agents, they were sourcing more Property than they could logistically buy. From there they started to buy for friends & family
And so Progressive Property *Hands-Free* was born in January 2007: for people who want all of the benefits of Property without having to do the work themselves
in 2007 Rob & Mark published their first Book "The 44 Most Closely Guarded Property Secrets" which became a Property Best Seller. This was the beginning of Progressive Property *Education* which gives people with a desire to be active in Property themselves all the training & education they need to become a Professional Property Investor [Full or Part time]

Mark has had an Investor/Entrepreneur streak in him from an early age. He has had several successful small businesses & has had many investments in the stock market. He was obsessed with finding the very best investment vehicle & was in a position where he could measure the results of his existing portfolio with the newer developments he was also involved in

Books, Events & PA: Sharon Moore
Sharon has been working with Progressive since 2007 & manages the book fulfillment, Events & administration within the office. Sharon had recently retired, but has now become more involved [she is Rob's Mum] & enjoys being at the Events & helping people get the results they want from their investments & education

Refurb & Client Manager: Catherine Hancox
Catherine has been working with Progressive since early 2007 & now focuses on managing the refurb teams & looking after the investors. Catherine is also Mark's Mum & has been instrumental in the growth of the company over the last 3 years

Operations Manager: Katherine Barratt
Katherine joined the Progressive Property in August 2010 as Operations Manager. She is responsible for all operations at Progressive, including the enviable task of managing the team including Rob and Mark!!!
Before joining the progressive team she spent 14 years working in the media industry as a Commercial Director, working on well known magazine and website brands such as Max Power, Car magazine and Parkers.
Property Sales Progression: Caroline Jackson
Caroline joined progressive in August 2010. Prior to that she worked in a Property Management company responsible for a database of potential tenants searching for property. She moved there from the Crown and County Court where she had worked for twenty eight years, where she had gained a wide knowledge in all areas and also managed teams of people. She made this move because she owns a portfolio of eight properties and is passionate about property in general. She likes providing high quality rentals, refurbishing property and following the market, and she aspired to work in property.
She is responsible for the sales progression at Progressive and looking after the hands free clients. She loves dealing with people and prides herself on trying to give the best customer service level possible. Her interests other than property are holidaying abroad and eating out in nice restaurants.
Property Accounts: Sue Smith
Sue joined us at the end of 2008 to help Gemma (her daughter) with the Client accounts. She was semi-retired having run a carpentry contracting business with her husband and Gemma. When the crunch took hold Sue & Alan decided to take the opportunity to retire.
However, when Gemma became responsible for event organising at Progressive, she needed assistance with the company and client accounts and persuaded Sue to help out on a part-time basis. She also enjoys helping out when we need extra hands during our bigger events.
