"Progressive Property was founded in 2006/7 by Rob Moore & Mark Homer"
Rob & Mark have bought over 230 properties since 2005 for themselves and their investors
In 2006 Rob & Mark set about buying properties full time for themselves. They never actually intended to build one of the largest Property companies in the UK, they simply wanted to buy Property with big discount & good cashflow for lifestyle choice
Things snowballed from there, & having sourced those properties in 2006 & built many relationships with Estate Agents, they were sourcing more Property than they could logistically buy. From there they started to buy for friends & family
And so Progressive Property *Hands-Free* was born in January 2007: for people who want all of the benefits of Property without having to do the work themselves
in 2007 Rob & Mark published their first Book "The 44 Most Closely Guarded Property Secrets" which became a Property Best Seller. This was the beginning of Progressive Property *Education* which gives people with a desire to be active in Property themselves all the training & education they need to become a Professional Property Investor [Full or Part time]

Mark has had an Investor/Entrepreneur streak in him from an early age. He has had several successful small businesses & has had many investments in the stock market. Office Manager & PA: Penny Young
Penny has been working with Progressive since 2008 & handles the day to day running of the office with Catherine & Sharon [below]. She works with the Acquisitions department administrating the conveyancing process and general office management. Penny has previous experience in Journalism and administration and enjoys organising the buying process, keeping it efficient, and looking after our handsfree Clients
Books, Events & PA: Sharon Moore
Sharon has been working with Progressive since 2007 & manages the book fulfillment, Events & administration within the office. Sharon had recently retired, but has now become more involved [she is Rob's Mum] & enjoys being at the Events & helping people get the results they want from their investments & education

Catherine has been working with Progressive since early 2007 & now focuses on managing the refurb teams & looking after the investors. Catherine is also Mark's Mum & has been instrumental in the growth of the company over the last 3 years

Dan is 24 years old & for the prevoius 5 years had worked in Estate Agencies as a lister as well as a sales negotiator. Dan has directly put over 3100 properties on the market & has therefore built up a great knowledge of Property values in the south east
Dan started working at Progressive Property in 2008 as the new business manager & also has investment properties himself [26% discount, £9,300 cash-back on his last deal sourced through Progressive]

New Business: James Satterley
James is 30 & has worked as an Estate Agent for the last 5 years. He was selling 10-15 deals per month as a sales negotiator & listing 40-60 deals per month as a lister. James started working with Progressive in 2009 and also has buy to let investment properties himself. James also deals with new business at Progressive, and speaks at Events on strategies to get the best deals from Estate agents before anyone else

Property Aquisitions Manager: Alex Way
Hi, I'm Alex and I am responsible property acquisitions at Progressive. We use a number of different methods for sourcing property 25%+ below market value [estate agents, leaflets etc] and it's my responsibility to negotiate with vendors to ensure that we create win-win situations for our investors and vendors
We only buy properties that are the right choice for the vendor and that will make them money. My aim is to help my Progressive Property investors build a sizeable and profitable portfolio, without all the stress and hassle of having to do it yourself. You may be surprised to hear that through the years we've helped many people out of debt and personal difficulties…having the right team on board to source your next property is an invaluable asset.
I'm motivated, dedicated hard-working and always strive for more. If there's a deal to be done I'm there…I love working in property and with Progressive. I'm even fortunate enough to be building my very own property portfolio…but my investors come first!
I was an estate agent for 5 years and you may recognise me as one of the ‘expert estate agenst’ on our the Progressive Property estate agent courses. After 5 years in estate agency and selling 15-20 houses per month I felt I had learnt an awful lot about property as well as sourcing property from motivated vendors. This was a great grounding that allowed me to gather the knowledge to start buying the right types of property in the right areas.
I thrive on doing a deal and making money for myself and my close community of investors and it gives me a real sense of purpose
My personal interests are wide and ranging but on a daily basis I mainly go to work, to the gym, eat and then sleep…and that’s the way I like it! I love fast cars and aim to have a fleet of them one day! I also like nice restaurants, going to the cinema and spending time with my girlfriend [she told me to put that]
