Hey Rob,

I met Rob at a Christopher Howard Training course, he was delightful, I didnt know about Progressive Property and he did not push his business in my face like so many others desperately do. I found out about it after by reading the very informative website. I liked what i read, it made sense to me, i had alot of equity in my property which up until then i was going to keep there whilst paying off my repayment mortgage (this is what i had been taught to do by my parents!)

I decided without hesitation to remortgage and free up this money and invest with Progressive Property, a decision i have NEVER doubted, in fact it has been the second best decision i have ever made.

I have chosen the completely hands free option as i cant stand dealing with estate agents and i have other fish to fry. The process has been very smooth, initially lots of forms to read and complete, but within a month or so of setting everything up Mark was ringing with a property…. amazing! I love efficiency. Unfortunately this first property fell through as they do sometimes but within a blink of an eye they had another one lined up. A 1 bedroom flat with a roof terrace with hardly any work to do on it £65,000 purchase price with a market value of £85,000 i couldnt believe it , i live in Surrey you cant get anything down here for less than £130,000!!!

I am now the proud owner of this property and on my way to financial freedom, something i had never even thought as a possiblilty….. i smile with that inner certainty every time i think about what i have done.

Within a month i had a tenant in the property paying more in rent than they had originally estimated, it just gets better and better!

I feel i have a future with so many more choices open to me and this is a direct result of investing with Progressive Property. Wow! I knew nothing about investing in property when I came to you, yet what I particularly liked is that you both made it so easy and straight forward for me to do; I've done nothing but sign papers!

My latest property is a 2 bed maisonette which you purchased for me at £84,000 which is instantly worth £100,000. If that wasn't enough you then immediately supplied me with a tenant paying £525 per month rent on a house with a mortgage at just under £400!

I had the Property completed in my name and tenanted in under 4 months; Progressive promise to do it in 1 year, which means I will have 8 months extra growth!

I can't wait now to see how my property portfolio grows over the next 5yrs - it's so exciting! I highly recommend Progressive Property, and I'm constantly refering you to everyone I know.
