Everyone likes a bit of cheek huh? Great technique here guys, I’ll definitely be trying this after Wednesday’s viewing. I reckon a lot of this relies on the delivery, so I’ll be practicing slipping it in with a nonchalant expression 😉

Hahahaha – LOVE it. So cool. I’m going to try this one out on Friday when I have an appointment with my letting agent.

    Cheers and thanks

Funny, I think I’ve been doing that without realising it, but not consciously enough to get a result, I’ve been coming from ‘there’s no way they’ll accept this’. Now I can do it consciously and aim to get a result!!!

    Thanks for a great tip!!!

Like it fellas. There’s a property up in Scotland I’ve heard about, the owner has moved back to England. It’s on the market for offers around £185k, I know it could be gotten for £165-70k, would this technique work in Scotland?

Would like to find a JV to check this out.

This definitely works in Scotland too… Lots of good opportunity in Aberdeenshire at the moment due to oils price if you have the cash.

Thanks Rob, good video… but can this technique really work in the current market, where most property in my area (Bristol) is going for close to asking price, or even more?

What perfect timing. I’m going to view two properties in Aberdeen next week and had planned that any offer would be on the cheeky side if the properties seemed for me. I shall practice this tactic so it seems natural.
