Questions People Are Afraid to Ask

"I don't have enough money to invest in property -- is this even for me?"

That's the wrong question.
The right question is: do you know how to use other people's money? Because that's what most serious property investors actually do. No Money Down, Joint Ventures, Deal Packaging.

These aren't workarounds for people who can't afford it. They're deliberate strategies. Rob and Mark built their early portfolio using other people's capital. By design. You don't need money to start. You need to know which strategy is right for you.

→ Find out at the No Money Down Discovery Day.

"I can't afford the courses. Property training feels expensive."

Then don't buy a course. Not yet. Start with the free Property Strategy Webinar. No cost, no obligation, no sales pressure to stay on afterwards. If it's not for you, you've lost nothing. If it is, you'll know. Most people who say training is too expensive haven't seen what one good deal covers.

→ Start free.

"Is this a scam? I've heard bad things about property 'gurus'."

Good. Keep that scepticism. It'll serve you well in property. Rob Moore has written 17 books. One of them is a Sunday Times bestseller. Mark Homer runs one of the largest private property networks in the UK. Between them they own hundreds of properties and they're still buying. They didn't build Progressive on the back of courses. They built it on the back of a real portfolio.

Every trainer at Progressive is an active investor. The people in the room with you are doing deals right now. Nobody here retired from investing to teach. Progressive Property has been running since 2007. Tens of thousands of students. Verified results. A community you can speak to directly. Don't take our word for it. Come and see.

→ See what's on.

"Is this just for people who want to be full-time investors?"

No. And most people who come to Progressive events aren't. They're employed. They're running businesses. They want an extra income stream that works without having to quit everything first. Some eventually go full-time. Most don't. Both are fine. Come and find out what it could look like for your situation.

→ See what fits

"I don't have any experience. I wouldn't know where to start."

Neither did Rob. Neither did Mark. Neither did most of the people who've built portfolios through Progressive. Two of our elite trainers, Kevin McDonnell and Toni Gargan, started exactly where you are. They came as students. They built their portfolios. Now they teach. That's not a marketing line. That's the actual progression. Beginner Property Secrets is one day. Real strategies. No assumed knowledge. That's where most people start.

→ Start here.

"I don't have time. I'm already stretched."

Most people who don't have time are busy doing things that won't give them more of it. That's not a criticism. Property done right is one of the few things that actually buys time back. Come and see how it works.

Beginner Property Secrets is one day. That's all we're asking for right now.

→ One day.

"I already own a property -- is there anything here for me?"

Probably more than you think.

Most people with one or two properties have hit a ceiling. Not because they've run out of capital, but because they're using the wrong strategy for where they are now. The gap between a couple of properties and a portfolio that generates real income is almost always
structural, not financial.

Deal Packaging, creative finance, leverage. These are the tools that change the trajectory. Not buying more. Buying smarter.

→ Find your next move

"I've tried property before and it didn't work out."

Then you already know more than most people walking through the door. The question isn't whether it went wrong. It's why. Wrong strategy. Wrong deal structure. No system. Those are solvable problems, but only if you know which one it was.

Most people who've tried and not made it work do make it work second time around. Not because they tried harder. Because they did it differently.

→ Find out what was missing.

"I don't want to travel to Peterborough. Why is everything based there?"

Because that's where it started. And it works.

Rob and Mark didn't set up in Peterborough for the optics. They invested here because the East Midlands is one of the strongest yield environments in the UK. Progressive HQ isn't a hired conference room in a generic hotel. It's the building where the business runs, with the same team, the same deals, the same active investors you'll learn from.

It's under an hour from London King's Cross. People come from Scotland, Ireland, Europe. Most say it was worth it before lunch. All events run from Peterborough. Check what's coming up.

See upcoming dates.

"I'd rather do this online. Can't I just watch a webinar?"

You can. And it's worth doing.

The free Property Strategy Webinar is a solid starting point. Real strategies, no cost, no obligation. Do that first. But understand the difference. A webinar gives you information. A room gives you conviction. And conviction is what most people are actually missing. You can watch a webinar and feel exactly the same a week later. That rarely happens after a full day with people who've already built what you're trying to build.

Start online. But don't stop there.

→ Start here.

→ Then come in person.
